Strategic Account Manager EMEA (F/M) (Paris – CDI)

We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Manager EMEA (F/M) in Paris for an identified customers portfolio in Europe who will have to :

    • Identify upselling opportunities (solutions, specific components, additional services…) for your client’s portfolio,
    • Map their client accounts to assure a thorough understanding of their business workflows and be in the best position to farm the account,
    • Assure the highest level of satisfaction for our client,
    • Answer and propose solutions or services to additional client’s needs,

Also, you will:

  • Manage the administrative contracts and billings monitoring, reporting…
  • Promote new features, products, and the latest updates to our clients,
  • Actively participate to quarterly reviews, visits to our client’s offices, roadmaps presentations etc.,
  • Identify improvement in services, offers and additional services to be achieved

You have:

  • Previous experience of at least 5 years in a sales or account development function, client facing or client support role
  • Strong results orientation & Commercial skills with the commitment and drive to achieve a new business goal in a demanding and competitive business environment: You like finding new opportunities for mutual gains. You are at ease in negotiation & closing discussions,
  • Autonomous and driven: You know how to find the solution to an issue and look for the information you need. You are comfortable obtaining information from the Horizon teams who can help you obtain solutions quickly (product, sales, project, finance, legal etc…),
  • Good level of business awareness to keep credibility with the client, spot potential opportunities, and express the benefits of Horizon’s solutions in their appropriate business context,,
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and customers, to ensure time is maximized for revenue-retaining activities and the most important customers receive an excellent level of account management
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, questioning, written and verbal) in English & French,
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in face-to-face meetings to ensure smooth progression of opportunities through the sales cycle. This is a key requirement since larger deals are likely to involve multiple stakeholders (individuals and departments) from all levels of the business,
  • The will and skills to advice and support your clients thanks to your ability to have a high-level conversation with key actors (CEO, CFO, CTO, Head of Trading…).
