An immersive workshop to understand climate issues and drive action
We recently hosted an internal session of the Climate Fresk – second generation, a redesigned and more dynamic format created to boost engagement and accelerate action.
With strong participation from our teams, this workshop became a truly impactful moment of awareness‐building, collective intelligence, and strategic thinking.
A first part dedicated to understanding climate mechanisms
The second‑generation Climate Fresk is still based on IPCC scientific findings, but with a faster, clearer, and more interactive structure.
During the first phase of the workshop, participants:
- explored the main causes and consequences of climate change,
- strengthened their understanding of key orders of magnitude,
- discussed, illustrated and co‑created their own fresk,
- mapped the links between human activities, emissions, and impacts.
Thanks to their curiosity and energy, discussions were particularly rich and lively.
The Action Spiral: a new solutions‑oriented approach
The major innovation of this new version is the Action Spiral, a second part focused entirely on collective problem‑solving and concrete solutions.
Divided into small groups of 3 to 4 people, participants worked through three successive rounds to generate actionable ideas by addressing three core questions:
- What can the company implement right now?
- Which levers are the most promising in the short and medium term?
- What obstacles must be removed to accelerate the transition?
Each group explored impact areas, identified barriers (organizational, financial, cultural), proposed very short‑term actions, and consolidated the most promising ideas.
These suggestions will now be shared with leadership to support the development of our environmental roadmap.
Continuing the journey: resources and next steps
Climate awareness doesn’t end with the workshop. To continue exploring and taking action, everyone can:
- 🌱 Assess their personal carbon footprint
- 📘 Deepen their knowledge through IPCC reports
- 🌐 Explore more tools and content on the Climate Fresk website
- 🎎 Train as a Climate Fresk facilitator
Sharing the experience with others is another powerful way to spread climate awareness and encourage broader participation.
